The big hockey weekend is almost here...

Here is Taylor's new jersey - I can't wait to see him play it this weekend.  I was so happy because when Taylor got in the car after hockey practice on Sunday - he said {just out of the blue} "I like this team - I like the people on it" ~ I was so happy - I don't think he has ever said that before.  His coach seems very fair and speaks to the team with respect and all the boys seem very nice.  I hope they can play competitively and maybe win some games, but most of all I hope they have fun.  On Sunday night when the boys were getting ready for bed, Tom asked Taylor what was most fun this weekend and he said "hockey" that was a surprise {he has a sore toe from some surgery last week - but he still liked getting on the ice and they practiced with the AA team.- that can make it tougher.}    So, I am excited about the Labor Day Tournament to see how the boys teams do and to get know all the other parents.  Spencer's team played Hurricane Squirts {his old team} and they lost by one goal at the end of the game.  It was 2-1 - that show them they will have to work hard in Dallas to win.  I couldn't get the big picture to post - oh well, I still have to figure it out.
