The paper plate hats with flowers were made by each boy while in Kindergarten. They had a tea party for the moms for Mother's Day and they gave us the hats. Now I have 3 of them, they are Pink 2002, Blue 2006 and Turquoise 2008 (I got them in that order). It looks some water got sprinkled on them. I'm sure the boys did that -just more work on their art.
